Anse Chastanet's spa is named Kai Belté, which in St. Lucian patois means House of Beauty. The beach spa, with seven treatment rooms and a beachside location, offers a variety of massages from reflexology to aromatherapy, and guests may also enjoy these services in the privacy of their rooms. Newly added services include shiatsu and Anse Chastanet's own version of hot stone therapy, Wosh Cho, named in accordance with local patois. Hair treatments include a tantalizing scalp and neck massage based on Indian massage principles and reflexology. Ayurvedic treatments are also available. Yoga classes are offered six days a week in a newly built yoga hut at beach level.

Cap Juluca literally brings the spa to its guests and most treatments take place either in-room or en-suite. Those that don't want a therapist to come to them, can choose to have services in the resort's two treatment rooms, on a stretch of private beach, or in the gazebo. The spa offers massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and full-body rituals, as well as fitness services like personal training, group and individual yoga classes, and circuit training. Couples massage workshops are also offered. 
One of the most luxurious services is the Lulur Royal Ritual, based on regal traditions in central Java. The ritual begins with either a Juluca or Jamu massage using Jasmine Frangipani tropical oil, followed by an invigorating skin scrub with tumeric, rice, and jasmine, and a cool yogurt splash. The spa-goer then relaxes in a flower petal bath either in her room or in one of the spa's treatment rooms. A full body rub with moisturizing Jasmine Frangipani lotion completes the treatment.

CuisinArt's 8,000-square-foot Venus Spa has five treatment rooms. Signature Facial Escapes include the hydrating and rejuvenating Four Layer Facial and the essential Apres Soleil Facial. Message Escapes are created with relaxation in mind, with offerings from deep tissue to reflexology to Reiki massage. Round Hill's new spa at Welcome Wharf sits on ten acres of beachfront and is connected to the resort by a walkway. The light and airy spa houses an air-conditioned indoor/outdoor fitness center and beauty salon. Its seven treatment rooms are decorated in cool, neutral tones, and all have spectacular views of the ocean. Guests can also enjoy treatments out of doors in the spa's tropical gardens, amid its many fountains and waterfalls. They can choose from a menu of therapies created with local ingredients to capture the spirit and aromas of Jamaica, like the pineapple body buff or the papaya mint polish.
