Detailed Instructions

STEP 1

Sign in to your existing account or REGISTER for a new account.

STEP 2
Click on REDEEM CERTIFICATE and type in the Certificate Number and click 'enter' (the arrow) (you will only enter this number one time) then click the red REDEEM box - you should now see the number of Services that you purchased as Credits (5 services purchased equals 5 credits) available under MY ACCOUNT
 Note-If the number is not working double check the 1's vs capital I's and the Zeros vs Capital O's
 
STEP 3
Browse the Services by Category.  To see all of the Services we offer go to 'Shop/Browse Services' in the top Navigation Bar.  Call the Service Provider to schedule your appointment BEFORE redeeming the individual certificate, once redeemed the individual service expires in 3-6 months.
 
STEP 4
When you are ready to redeem a Spa Service click ADD TO CART - you can redeem one service at a time or all at once - but remember that each service is for New Clients Only - so it is one service per person.
 
STEP 5
When you are ready to CHECK OUT Apply the Credits that you will be redeeming (for example - for 1 Service Apply 1 Credit) by typing in 1 in the 'Credits to Use' box then click APPLY - if the credits are already in your account you do not need to enter the Discount Certificate Code again. When you 'Apply' the Credit(s) the Total Cost should now be $0.00 and you can proceed to Check Out and place your order.

**If you are redeeming credits DO NOT ENTER A CREDIT CARD NUMBER.**
 
STEP 6
Click CHECK OUT,then, you should see the number of Credits in use and the total due $0.00. Then click CONTINUE - If you are asked for a Credit Card Number, then you have not applied the credits - go back to Step 6.
 
STEP 7
Review that the Order is correct, click that YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS then click PLACE ORDER
 
STEP 8
Then VIEW your orders and click PRINT VOUCHER to print the Voucher that you will bring to your appointment. Note that each Voucher has a Unique Tracking Code that will be validated at your appointment. Each Tracking Code can only be used one time.
